3 Layer Blow Film Machinery

The 3 Layer Blow Film Machine is a highly advanced and efficient extrusion system used for manufacturing multilayer plastic films with superior strength, flexibility, and performance. This machine is specially designed to produce films with three distinct layers, allowing the combination of different raw materials and properties in a single film structure.

The machinery consists of three extruders that simultaneously melt and process polymer resins such as LDPE, LLDPE, or HDPE. These materials are then combined through a co-extrusion die to form a uniform multilayer film bubble. Each layer serves a specific purpose—for example, one layer may provide strength, another barrier properties, and the third improved sealing or surface finish.

The system is equipped with advanced temperature control, precision screw design, and high-performance air ring technology, ensuring uniform thickness, excellent clarity, and strong mechanical properties. The bubble is stabilized and cooled efficiently before being flattened and wound into rolls using an automatic winder system.

Punching machine
